Video production services for schools & educational organizations
SERVING THE GREATER SF BAY AREA: SAN FRANCISCO, SAN JOSE, SACRAMENTO, AND NATIONWIDE
Your school or program is doing meaningful work. The challenge is communicating it to prospective students, donors, parents, and partners who can't see it firsthand. We help K–12 schools, universities, and tutoring programs turn their mission into compelling video content that drives enrollment, fundraising, and community trust.
Most schools are underselling themselves
Enrollment directors, development officers, and program coordinators all face the same wall: they know their school's story is powerful, but they don't have video content that actually proves it to the right audience.
A PDF brochure won't move a prospective family to choose your school. A static website won't inspire a major donor to write a check. An email recap won't do justice to the experience your students are having every day inside your program.
Video closes that gap. When someone can see a student talking about how your work-study program changed their trajectory, or watch a healthcare pathway field trip come alive on screen, they stop considering and start believing.

Work we've done in education
MAKING WAVES ACADEMY | Richmond, CA
Career Pathway & Explainer Videos
BRIEF:
Making Waves Academy is a public charter school in Richmond, CA dedicated to providing equitable, high-quality education for students from historically underserved communities. We produced a range of content including career pathway videos focused on healthcare and nuclear medicine — helping students and families understand the real-world pathways the school opens up.
Our work spanned field trip documentation, animated explainers, and brand awareness content designed to share their mission with a wider audience of donors, families, and community partners.
ICA CRISTO REY ACADEMY | Private High School
Fundraising & Brand Story Videos
BRIEF:
ICA Cristo Rey is an all-girls Catholic high school in the Mission serving young women from underserved communities. They needed video content for their annual fundraising luncheon that could tell real student stories, highlight their corporate work-study program, and inspire donors to give. We delivered 3 videos across a 4-day shoot — covering student interviews on campus, sports events (including games in the rain), and work placements at law firms, pharma companies, and nonprofits across San Francisco.
The result: content that premiered at their luncheon and helped raise over $1 million in a single afternoon. The videos now serve as long-term admissions and outreach assets.
nice to meet you!
Hi, I’m Kasey, and I’ve been where you are. As a creative and storyteller, I’ve worked with organizations just like yours to craft content that not only inspires but also delivers measurable results. My team and I are passionate about creating videos that amplify voices and drive meaningful action.
The greatest, most powerful connections have always come from a compelling narrative story - which is why I’m passionate about telling them. My work has helped big corporations like DoorDash and Google, as well as local non-profits and small businesses. No matter what industry, I’ve realized they all share something that makes them uniquely special. Story.
We understand the unique challenges non-profits face, from tight budgets to balancing many responsibilities. That’s why we make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Step 3: Production
Our team captures high-quality footage that authentically represents your brand or non-profit. We meticulously manage all video and audio assets throughout the shoot, preparing for seamless post-production.
Step 4: Post-Production Refinement
In this phase, we transform raw footage into polished content. Our process includes professional editing, color grading, graphics creation, and audio mixing. We maintain open communication for efficient client revisions.

Most education video projects range from $3,000 to $25,000 depending on the number of deliverables, shoot days, and post-production scope. A single brand or admissions video typically falls in the $4,000–$8,000 range. Multi-day productions with several videos — like a fundraising package — run $10,000–$20,000+. We'll scope your project on a discovery call and provide a clear estimate before anything moves forward.

We provide talent release forms as part of our production process. You'll coordinate with families and students directly, and we'll make sure all necessary releases are collected before footage is finalized.

Absolutely, and we plan for that from the start. We can cut multiple versions from a single shoot — a long-form piece for your website or gala, shorter social cuts for Instagram and LinkedIn, and a horizontal broadcast-ready version for in-person events.
