  • Each package comes with a set number of credits per month.

    • 1 Film Credit = ½ day of filming (stackable for full days).

    • 1 Edit Credit = 1 finished 60–90 second video.
      You can mix and match credits — for example, 2 edit credits can be combined for a longer 2–3 minute video.

    Note: Credits are designed for consistent social media and marketing content. Larger projects (like brand stories or in-depth case studies) are priced separately.

  • Most clients use credits for:

    • Short-form vertical clips for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts.

    • Event recap videos.

    • Snippets from podcast recordings.

    • Paid ad creatives (multiple versions from the same footage).

  • No — larger productions (brand story, testimonial case studies, multi-location shoots) are scoped separately. Your retainer credits focus on consistent, ongoing content to keep you visible every month.

  • Yes. Credits can roll over for a short period if you don’t use them right away (details outlined in your agreement). The idea is to give you flexibility while keeping your content consistent.

  • When you sign a retainer, you’re committing to the full term. If you cancel early, the balance of the agreement is still due. This allows us to offer discounted long-term pricing and secure your priority scheduling.

  • A film credit covers:

    • ½ day of on-site filming.

    • 1-man crew (filmmaker + gear).

    • Travel (within the Bay Area).

    Optional Add-ons: Extra crew members, specialty equipment, or extended travel can be added at cost.

  • At the start of each month (or quarter), we’ll email you to pick your shoot dates. You’ll always know when your filming days are coming up, so you can plan your content calendar in advance.

  • You own the finished, delivered videos. Kasey Bruce Media retains ownership of the raw footage, but we can license or sell raw footage separately if you ever need it.

  • Most edits are delivered within 2–3 weeks, depending on volume. We’ll map out your delivery schedule so your content drips out consistently each month.

  • Each edit includes two round of revisions. Additional revisions can be done at an hourly or credit-based rate.

  • Yes! If you find you need more credits, more shoots, or faster turnaround, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time.

  • You can purchase extra credits as needed, or we’ll help you upgrade to the next package if that makes more sense for your goals.
